I am a Research Fellow in the Embodied Visualisation Group at the Faculty of IT at Monash University, with a decade of experience in tertiary education and research. Holding qualifications in Information Technology and Psychological Science, my expertise encompasses Big Data Management, Data Engineering, Digital Health, Geospatial Databases, Health Informatics, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualisation. As an educator, I have extensive experience in designing and delivering engaging undergraduate and postgraduate units, leading curriculum revamps, fostering cross-faculty and campuses collaboration, implementing blended learning models, and working with external teaching partners. I have supervised final year and research students to support their academic success and career readiness. In research, I collaborate with healthcare providers, researchers, and government stakeholders to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that improve healthcare quality and safety. I have successfully secured competitive grants from the Whyte Fund and the Department of Health and Aged Care, and cultivated a strong network in digital health through partnerships across Australia and Indonesia.
